Tell me honestly - do you really just want to find a man? Or do you want to finally be next to someone with whom you can breathe out?
Don’t answer quickly, because the first answer is almost always the usual: “Of course, I want love, I want a relationship, I want a man next to me.”
But if you dwell on this issue a little longer, you can hear something else, not just “I want a man,” but “I’m tired of being alone inside my life, tired of understanding and enduring everything, I just really want to be alive.”
You know this condition. On the outside, everything may look normal: you live, you smile, you do things, you keep your face, your job, your future. And it seems like nothing terrible is happening, but inside you are still like a person on duty. Because somewhere deep inside there lives an awareness: if you let it all go, who will hold on?
And this is where the most important thing begins. A woman may really want love, but at the same time live in such internal tension that it is almost impossible for love to enter. Not because there’s anything wrong with her. And not because it is bad, difficult, “too strong” or “too demanding”. But because her strength at one point became a way to survive.
She learned to cope, learned to get up after pain, pretend that everything was fine and move on. Then this strength ceased to be a choice, but became a habit and the background of life: “I will figure it out myself, I will decide myself, I will endure it myself, I will help myself”…
At first it saves, and then it starts to close. Because if a woman is always “herself”, it is very difficult for anyone else to appear next to her. Don’t come for a while and admire her from afar. Namely, to stay. Stay close to her real life and become part of her breath, her silence, her future.
There must be room inside for this. And when a woman holds everything herself, there is simply no space there, everything is already occupied with control, expectation, internal alertness, old pain and the need to be ready for anything.
And then even love, when it approaches, can be perceived not as a gift, but as another area of responsibility where you need to answer correctly, look right and “be a woman” correctly.
And the woman starts trying again…
But love does not come where a woman corrects herself all the time. Love comes where a woman stops living as a project for improvement. After all, very often a woman is left alone not from a lack of beauty, intelligence, spirituality or femininity, but from inner fatigue and loss of living warmth, from the habit of being a support for everyone except herself.
And then the main question sounds different: not “how to find a man?”, but “when was the last time you felt alive”? This is where a completely different life begins. Not searching or hunting for relationships, but returning to yourself. To the part of yourself that still knows how to feel and love, to the part that has not disappeared, but has simply been covered with a layer of fatigue, pain and control for too long.
It is impossible to reach this state through “should”. It is impossible to tell yourself to relax or force yourself to trust again. Opening your heart if it was once closed is not easy. One can only gradually return through honesty, the body, silence, and also through practices that address not only the mind, but also the deeper layers of a woman. Because often words are no longer enough: the mind has understood, but the body is still tense and the heart is cautious. Feminine energy still seems to be waiting for permission to return…
In tradition, there are women’s practices that work specifically with this condition. Not so that the woman becomes different, but so that she returns to her real self. I returned to the light in my eyes, to the warmth in my body and the softness that does not make me weak. To a strength that is no longer like armor and to an inner state where a woman does not ask for love from emptiness, but begins to glow from fullness.
Yagya for a woman is one such practice. This is an ancient fire practice in which a woman turns to her inner request through fire, mantras and sankalpa (intention). This is an appeal not to a superficial desire, but to what really hurts, what asks for cleansing and asks to be restored.
Through yagya, a woman can turn with the intention of cleansing herself of the heaviness of the past, regaining inner warmth, restoring connection with herself, strengthening feminine energy, and being filled with light, calmness and vitality.
Before the practice, sankalpa is formulated - internal intention.
During the practice, this intention is transmitted through fire and mantras. Fire becomes not just a symbol, but a space of purification, transformation and return.
This is not about a magical promise: “do the practice and a man will appear immediately.” This is about something else: about the state in which a woman ceases to be closed from the inside; about returning to the living center; about the moment when there is again room inside for love, trust, warmth and a new movement of life.
Relationships don’t start when someone finally arrives. They start earlier. The moment a woman stops living as if everything in this world rests only on her. And then the man no longer has to save her from loneliness. He might just meet her.
Not a tired woman who is waiting for someone to finally take away her pain.
And a woman in whom there is light again.
Be honest, are you really looking for a relationship? Or are you looking for a state where love can finally enter?
